Define Your Vision
First, let’s fast forward 10 years from now. How does your life look? What does success look like to you in Health, Wealth, Love, and Happiness? AVOID using statements such as “I will..” or “I hope..” Instead, use “I am.” This triggers the affirmation of the belief and manifests subconsciously with much more clarity. This can be as long or as short as you want, but make sure you spend some extra time on this one.
Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to become more flexible? Do you want to eat better? Do you want to start meditating?
Be specific. ” I am becoming more flexible by stretching 10 minutes every night.”
Do you want to make more money? How? Do you want to save more? Pay off your debt? Get a promotion at work? Get a graduate degree?
Be specific. “I am spending an hour a day improving my knowledge about management.”
Do you want to travel across the world? Buy a new house? Visit the shore more often? Go out with your friends more often? Watch more movies? Read more books?
Be specific. “I am vacationing in Hawaii for 10 days.”
